CONDITIONS OF USE

Orders will be confirmed telephonically or via email before preparation.

Due to the nature of our product, we require payment upfront for prepared orders.

Subscription sign up coupon

This coupon can only be used once per customer, and the customer must be logged into the store for the coupon to register as valid with our system.

This coupon entitles the receiving customer to a once off R50.00 discount, to be applied to the next order.

This coupon will only be applicable for orders over R250.00.

Kindly note that coupons may be applied from within the cart page. Simply click on the cart icon at the top right hand side of the screen, and find the section marked "use coupon code" - Atleast 1 product must be present in your cart before this step can be taken.

We are rather flexible and accommodating for special circumstances, so please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

We cannot accept liability for the popping of balloons if collections are made. Balloons only stay afloat for 8 – 14 hours, depending on weather conditions. Should you need them to last 1 – 2 days then please enquire about our “hi-float” option here

Should you need us to inflate balloons which are supplied by yourself, then we cannot accept liability if your balloons pop as we are not sure of the quality and storage conditions. Balloons need to be kept in air tight containers in order for them to maintain their elasticity.

Balloons tend to escape out of the hands of our customers, more often than you think. We cannot accept responsibility of “fly-away” balloons, please accept our assistance to help move the balloons to your car.
